I design and proof work for hundreds of marketing orders per year,
in addition to highly customized branding projects such
as our annual company planner project
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
I manage projects for agents spanning from print, digital and other custom art assets through Adobe software (InDesign for execution, and WorkFront for project management)
COMPANY BRANDING
I work with the Brand Manager directly to help internalize company branding guidelines to ensure consistency for all clients
TRAINING
I help train and onboard new production artists and work with the Marketing Manager to develop SOPs

Creating this graphic, I drew inspiration from the instagram carousels that have become very popular in recent years. Drawing on brand color guidelines and aesthetics, I emphasized each area that was the highest in it’s geographical location. Posted on Instagram, the post states: “The past year has brought a significant uptick in home prices - 7.1% to be exact! The ranking from RealtyHop is based on a price analysis of every home in the U.S. this year through mid-October, with zip codes benchmarked by their median home list price. Newport Beach made the list!”
